Choctaw Travelers Vintage T-Shirt
During baseball's first 50 years no athletes struggled against discrimination and deprivation more than Native American athletes. In the 1880 to 1940 period dozens of American Indian semipro and professional teams barnstormed across America's heartland in a struggle to win a place for themselves in the national pastime.
Inspired by the extraordinary talent and courage of those early Native American ballplayers this colorful shirt pays tribute to the heritage of the American Indian in America's national game.
The shirt is made of heavyweight 100% cotton. Imported. The design has been created and all decoration of this garment has been done entirely by American Indians.
