How do I return?

  • (1) Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start;
  • (2) Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return;
  • (3) We will review your request;
  • (4) You will get a confirmation email with instructions for returning your item(s) once your request has been approved. Please allow 24 hours for approval.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn.

  • NO REFUNDS: All the merchandise we sell is made-to-order or "made on demand." The items shipped to you were made especially for your order. Consequently, we are not able to offer refunds. We will be happy to exchange defective merchandise or to provide a different size.

  • EXCHANGES: We will be glad to exchange merchandise for a different size or to replace defective merchandise.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

 

How soon will my exchange be processesd?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
  • If you are approved, then your replacement garment will be placed in our production queue and made in accordance with our normal production schedule for new orders. T-shirts normally require 5 business days for production while caps and other sewn items normally require 10 business days. We will ship your exchanged item via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending upon its weight and destination.
