Refunds & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before returning merchandise you must contact us either by using the Contact Us form on our this website or by telephone at (615) 530-0198 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any return shipped to us without an RMA number.
REFUNDS: All of our merchandise is "made to order" or "made on demand." The items shipped to you were made especially for your order. Consequently, we are not able to offer refunds except in cases where merchandise is damaged, defective or not as described. Additionally, electronic gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and are non-redeemable for cash.
EXCHANGES: We will be glad to exchange merchandise for a different size or to replace defective merchandise. Simply contact us using the Contact Us form and request an exchange. We will email you information for returning the merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
