Denver White Elephants Pullover Hoodie
The White Elephants were mainstays on Rocky Mountain diamonds from 1909 to 1935, competing regularly against the toughest competition. In 1933 the team almost made history as the first black team to be admitted to an otherwise all-white league. That year the Nebraska State League seriously considered adding the White Elephants in an effort to boost attendance during the hard days of the Great Depression. However, the plan never came to fruition as the withering economic times severely restricted the ability of the league teams to travel.
This medium weight fashion hoodie is cut from a soft, comfortable 50/50 poly/cotton blend and features double-napping inside for a softer, warmer feel.
